You'll receive a copy of your art via email for you to approve or request changes.
Hang Your Portrait
Once you approve your artwork we ship your order. Most orders arrive in less than a week.
• The picture should be evenly lit so that you can see details in the eyes, nose, fur or other skin and special markings unique to your pet.
• Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet, or from above but keeping a focus on their face.
• Think about how you want it to look when made into a portrait. It can be fun or serious, but make sure it shows your pet in the way you want to see it in the final portrait.
• Photos should have detail of your pets face and features. Avoid photos that have areas that are so dark or over exposed that details are eliminated. Also, make sure your you pet is in focus within the image.
Our PawCreate promise is that we'll work with you to make your artwork perfect! Because we are making customized products, we can't accept returns. However, if your package is damaged we'll replace it right away! *Note: Customers have one week from the time each proof is sent to approve or request changes. After seven days the artwork is automatically approved and will go into production. Once a customized product enters production it is no longer eligible for a refund.
